Lead Generation Guru

Your Responsibilities:

The Lead Gen Guru will be focused on proactive lead hunting, list building, cold calls and emails, logging activities and results in Socati’s CRM, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You will be an integral part of our sales and marketing efforts.

This position is 100% remote during the COVID-19 crisis. You will be provided a company laptop, but you must have access to reliable, consistent internet during work hours to perform the duties of the role. You must live within the United States for this role.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prospect and identify customers via outbound email campaigns, outbound calls, and qualifying inbound emails and calls
  • A/B test different email creative
  • Commit to learning and becoming an expert in the CBD industry landscape and core B2B customers (i.e. CBD brands, CBD retailers, and CPG brands) and maintain knowledge of the CBD/Hemp market at all times
  • Target consumer packaged goods brands in the food, beverage, and cosmetics space
  • Accurately obtain pertinent and required information during each prospect engagement
  • Manage information gaps and overcome objections
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls and emails scheduled, calls and emails completed, qualified opportunities and connection transfers to sales team
  • Advise sales and marketing team on new customer groups to target
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using a CRM
  • Collaboratively work with sales, marketing, and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
  • Provide consistent, concise, and accurate internal and external communications
  • Report on weekly activity
  • Effectively communicate and present the product solution and value proposition to customers

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years lead generation experience preferably in the B2B, food, beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, CBD or nutraceutical industry
  • 1+ year experience utilizing LinkedIn for lead generation and research
  • 1+ year experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • 1+ year experience using Excel, Google Sheets and Gmail
  • Experience using ZoomInfo
  • Takes initiative and does not require micromanaging
  • Willing and eager to learn
  • Flexible, adaptable, ability to wear multiple hats
  • Good with structure but also okay with the startup environment
  • Strong work ethic

Facilities Electrician

The Facilities Electrician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment. The Electrician must have excellent mechanical and electrical skills and be able to communicate and collaborate utilizing a laptop computer.

Location: Missoula, Montana

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Use computer to check status of jobs/electrical repairs that need to be completed.
  • Inspect & test electrical malfunctions using testing instrument, manuals, guides, blueprints, etc.
  • Repair or perform preventative maintenance of equipment and electrical circuits.
  • Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs.
  • Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connect cables and wire between machines and equipment, following manuals, schematic diagrams, and blueprints, using hand tools and test equipment. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components for high voltage and low voltage.
  • Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures using test equipment and replace damaged or broken wires and cable using hand tools.
  • Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment.
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment or components to identify hazards, defects or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
  • Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring or equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
  • Install conduit and other wiring.
  • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
  • Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, machines, etc.
  • Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
  • Understand and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF), NFPA 70, National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
  • Comply with facility safety requirements including wearing the required PPE and following all the safety rules and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Perform work with attention to safety and general hygiene.
  • Support implementation and documentation of food safety, GMP and SQF initiatives.
  • Maintain food safety awareness at all times.
  • Work to SQF/GFSI, NFPA, and NEC standards.
  • Ensure documentation is properly completed and maintained.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work as part of a team or independently depending on the job/project.
  • Complete other tasks as directed and assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum High School diploma/GED
  • Must be licensed by the State of Montana Electrical Board
  • Completion of a four-year apprenticeship is desired.
  • MUST be able to pass Ramsay Assessment (testing knowledge of mechanical (60 questions) and electrical (60 questions) skills.
  • Machining skills (work on a mill, lathe, grinder, saw, drill, etc.)
  • Welding experience (tig, stick)
  • Proficient at reading/interpreting blueprints, and schematics (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
  • Plumbing skills (threading, soldering joints, etc.)
  • Basic understanding, troubleshooting, and experience with Mechanical Systems (gears, pulleys, chains, belts, shafts, industrial gear boxes, water pumps, air compressors, HVAC experience A+)
  • Basic understanding, troubleshooting and experience with Electrical Systems (AC circuits-motors and drives, DC circuits-motors and drives, 480 Volts 3 phase, transformers, control power, relays)
  • Basic understanding, troubleshooting, and experience with Pneumatic Systems (valves, controls, pressure, flow, cylinders)
  • Basic understanding, troubleshooting, and experience with Hydraulic Systems (valves, controls, pressure, flow, cylinders)
  • Basic understanding, troubleshooting, and experience with Electronic Systems (controls, ladder logic, PLC programming, C programming A+)
  • Good attendance and work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work. Self-motivated
  • Ability to stand 8 hours a day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Must be able to wear protective equipment as required.
  • Able and willing to work rotating swing shift, overtime, and occasional weekends.

Working Conditions:

  • Typical shifts are Monday-Friday days, with evening/weekend work as needed.
  • May be required to work in cold, hot, wet, dusty, or humid environments.
  • May be exposed to odors or noise.
  • May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as goggles, gloves, or lab coats, as necessary.
  • May be required to work in potentially hazardous conditions.

Physical Requirements:

  • The position can be physically demanding.
  • Constant- speaking and hearing.
  • Frequent- repetitive hand motions such as typing or data entry.
